Tonya Hacker
Born and raised in Thermopolis, Tonya Hacker is a proud alum of the University of Wyoming and deeply committed to education and community development across the state. She currently serves as the Dean of Outreach & Workforce Development at Laramie County Community College, where she leads a dynamic team focused on expanding access to education, supporting economic growth, and strengthening partnerships across Wyoming.
With 17 years of experience in Kβ16 education, Tonya has worked across the Kβ12 system, community colleges, and the university level. Her professional background is rooted in Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development, with expertise in designing and delivering high-impact training programs to meet the evolving needs of local employers. She is committed to creating innovative learning opportunities that empower Wyomingβs talent pipeline and contribute to the long-term vitality of our communities.
